MILLBURY -- A Millbury man was charged Wednesday night with shooting a handgun at his neighbor after a dispute about a dog, the sheriff said. Douglas Diefenthaler, 20, 24715 W. Young Road, faces one misdemeanor count of aggravated menacing.
