Here is a copy of the letter that was sent with the AR-15 Stocks for evaluation; it clearly states that the benefits to individuals is in addition to what it is created for.

Finally, when will you release updated version?

You would have to ask the Mods about why the other threads were deleted.

I state who I am just in case anyone wants to know who is manufacturing the AR-15 Stockss; some individuals like to know the story behind the manufacturer that produces the products they are interested in.

The three questions you ask are irrelevant to the NFA and so is my AR-15 Stocks. There is no "bypassing" it. It is either an NFA item or it isn't. The ATF made their ruling on the SSAR with it installed on one of their rifles and sent the pictures back with the approval letter.

There is no manufacturer that has stated that shooting your gun voids the warranty.

There is a satisfaction guarantee and you can return it if you do not like it.

The SSAR will not be declared illegal so that's a moot point. When using the SSAR you are NOT shooting F/A - you are bump firing. Bump Firing has been around for nearly half a century and the ATF has already stated that bump firing is not illegal.

The question above asking if there is ANY rifle AR-15 Stocks that has been declared a class III device.

Forest 8/19/2004 4:44:14 PM EST At 100y the EOTech has effective no parallax providing you can see the entire reticule. SWFA [Industry Partner] 8/24/2004 12:24:36 PM EST EOTech and Aimpoint both claim to be parallax free because they have no magnification. Truth is, all sights regardless of power will have parallax. EOTech and Aimpoint sights have such a minor parallax that it is almot not measurable. The maximum parallax for the EOTech is 1" and it only occurs from the muzzle of the weapon to 25 feet, after that the sight has zero parallax.
